Who we are
Sharon McAndrew and Terrie Markesbery have been friends for 30 years, and on a recent trip to Barcelona, Spain they decided to open a store to serve the Lawrenceburg area. Terrie has run the Rabbit Hash General Store for 25 years and, with her experience and creative vision and Sharon’s industrious and energetic personality, they created the 450 sq.ft space they now call Back Alley Mercantile. Both Kentucky-born owners share a passion for bringing unique, high quality products to their patrons and providing a space in which folks can commune and gather.
